Chase Fraud

I received (5) voicemails on my cell in the past 3 days claiming to be Chase Fraud services. The Indian woman's message said I needed to call her back to verify some of my credit card info. She gave her name and number as Roxanne Tamayao 888-205-3346 X6585443. Then I received an e-mail claiming to be from: Chase Fraud Alert with the subject of the e-mail as: Important Chase - We Need to Discuss Additional Information then on the body of the message in bold writing the e-mail states: URGENT: Please call us immediately to resolve your fraud claim.

I have no fraud claim so I called Chase back using the number on the back of my credit card.
Chase confirmed they never called me and they never sent an e-mail. Chase advised to delete the e-mail right away & do not call back the # as it is a scam.
Be very, very careful if you receive phone calls or e-mails similar to the above as described. The e-mail looks very authentic with the Chase logo on the top, J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. on the bottom.

We call Chase Credit Card number and they said there was no problem with our card
