Got the name from my phone caller ID -- called me by my first name and just said that they were going to cut electricity -- I hung up....

This piece of human garbage called me claiming that my electric was about to be cut off and wanted me to make a payment over the phone. She sounded like a complete idiot so I knew immediately that was trying to scam me. She too dumb to be a scammer. Get a job Cheryl.
