THIS JACKSON PERSON CALLED AND TOLD ME THAT AN ARTICLE 15 HAS BEEN FILED AGAINST MY SSN AND ALSO POSSIBLY A VIOLATION OF ARTICLE 190.15 OF THE PA PENAL CODE AND THAT I HAVE TO CALL HIM SO THEYERVE ME WITH LEGAL PAPERS AND THEN 11/25/13 THIS LADY CALL IF I DON'T CALL I WILL BE IN CONTEMPT OF COURT, IS THIS A SCAM

A man identified himself as Chris Jackson from the FDA. He had my first name & maiden last name (that I have not used in 10+ years). He had a thick East Indian accent and the connection was a little fuzzy. I asked he why the FDA was calling me. He said that he had information that I had a recent surgery with complications and was entitled to over $8,000 in compensation. I asked him where he got this information because it was incorrect. He said that according to his records that I had a surgery in 2009 and another in 2011. (Not true) He also cited a long list of symptoms and said that I had a vaginal mesh transplant. I told him that none of it was true, it sounded like a scam, that I was hanging up, and not to call me again. So far, I have not received any more calls from this number.
