my father who lives in another state is getting repeated calls from this company for me. I tried to call back and get info, like what is the name of the company...etc...etc...and each time I was hung up on 6 times!!! I am used to these calls from overseas Habib sounding people, but never from Americans...(or scmum sucking Americans like these)Finally, I was transferred to some B&%$@ who told me to deal with my f---ing county and stop calling her because she was going to file harassment charges on me because I tried to call back and get information on this scam. When you talk to them, they are very VERY RUDE and CONDESCENDING JERKS! You can hear phone ringing and a lot of garbled trash in the background. IF YOU ask a question, they hang up on you! Not sounding so "legit" to me if they really want to collect their $ which they 'say' I owe...and the funny thing is we didnt even get to that part!! They just kept hanging up on me when I asked for the Company name! Yeah....real professional....NOT. Just don't answer, or hang up on them. They are SCUM.

That Christina Lopez called me at 6:30 a.m. called three family members. Told one of them she was an FBI investigator!! Yep, she had all my private info too. And her fake as s case number of her bullish complaint. What she REALLY wanted was to bully me and scare me into giving her my bank card info to settle this ballooned amount. I told her I already paid that. And when I found my proof of payment, they didn't want to talk to me. I called my original debtor, and they said that every word from her mouth was a lie, a scam, and illegal. I filed a report at consumerfinance.gov and called them too. They also said every word was a lie, and a scam, and against the law. So I called Arbitration Mediation (if that's even a real company) and spoke to a different person who would not give out a fax or address for which I could send anything. Does that sound scary? This is why people change banks. This is exactly why. Every person they call should get as much info from them as possible, and file a police report. Now who is gonna have the FBI LOOKING AT THEM?

Since last year this company has been harassing me and calling me stating that I have a legal matter and that I have an extension. I know how a legal situation works when you are summoned to court. I have already contacted my local authorities about this matter. The scary part of all is that these ppl have my social security number. I am afraid that they will try to use my information to obtain other things.

They said I was going to jail for Freud if I didn't pay them that same day. Said if I didn't the sheriff was going to serve me court papers. My mom got the same call 2 weeks ago ! I said go ahead and serve me and she hung up. So we will see but I'm saying this is a big scam !!!
