Citistream Communications Inc

These different companies continue to call to talk about credit card and medical bills. Of course, I suppose these are random calls but I've received a number of them and I'm tired of them. I have no credit card or medical bills. The call seems to come from a different location each time I receive it. Something needs to be done. They say it is not a solicitation, but it is. Please someone do something about this.

GOT A CALL FROM 402-982-0729. This has happened many times. They hung up on third ring before I answered. Tried to call back and got message that my number was blocked due to the large number of calls from my phone (BS this was the first time I have called back).

Googled the number and found out this identical thing has been happening all over the country and no one seems to be able to do anything about it????
