claimed to be US treasury

The caller left a message saying there was an immediate arrest warrant for unpaid 2012 taxes.

Listed his ID # as 74940 and the case number as "AK2012"

The voice sounded Hispanic. I had to ask for phonetic spelling to understand him.

I will be contacting IRS to report this event.
