This is a computerized call to my cellphone, multiple times in the same day, claiming that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me and that I had to call them immediately.
Calling the number provided which is the same as the number above, it either is busy or rings continuously.
Checked other websites and found under google search others who found this to be a scam and the phone is either disconnected or a cell with an India accented individual answering.

They did the same to me. Leave me voicemails and scared the heck out of me. I called them back, the line was busy or either ring continiously like you said.
