he has been calling my family and all my phones as well stating he is having me arrested for writing bad checks...giving out my personal info also. i filed the complaint yesterday

If Mr Chris Martin or anyone else calls you from this number contact the federal trade commission immediately! Also call the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau at 1-855-411-2372 or www.consumerfinance.gov and file a complaint! The only way to shut this vermin scammer down is to be proactive! The amount if harassment I've received is against the federal collection laws!
