I was called by Ed Collins today. he said he was collecting a debt from a Snap-On tool company. I explained he was mistaken and I had no debt. He got rude, told my I was lying and that was not going to help me. Then he told me I was going to have a felony warrant. Joke is on him. You cannot be arrested even if you have a debt! That is a civil process, not a criminal arrest. At this point I knew he was scamming and told him as much. He started cursing at me and I hung up. Then I got on Westlaw and found his company does not even exist, and he was the one who was in debt and may have been arrested. WHAT A SCUMBAG!
