I never answer because I don't know the number but they never leave a message. I called the number back and a recording prompts to leave a message for Comcast Business Class. The prompt says an account rep will call you back but I have an account rep locally so this is probably a sales call for Comcast Digital Voice which I have declined on multiple occasions because the product doesn't offer enough phone lines for my business' needs.
