Just Comcast cold calling customers. Trying to get them to buy a higher tier service or add services. Totally lame, as Comcast has plenty of ways to upgrade if you really wanted too. I told the caller I can't afford what I am paying now for your services. Maybe quit giving away services to new customers and start rewarding loyal ones?
