First, I'm a long time IT person and company and these clowns called up saying they are receiving a lot of errors from my computer... that's impossible for them to know and MORE impossible is they have no way of associating a phone number with a computer, so the BS is deep. They barely spoke engllish, it's a shame there are idiots like this.

He said that something was wrong with my computer and wanted me to go to it, turn it on and press a few buttons. I pretended to do so and he asked me to read the #'s that appeared. Though I did not do it, I know he was looking for the IP Address for my computer. When I told him that the information to my computer is my business and that he was dumb if he thought I was going to give it to him, he immediately hung up. I tried calling the #, but only got a busy signal.
