Consumer collections, not coaching. Took the call by accident but the caller was pleasant enough. Claimed my name came up on a list of people who had paid money for services never received; i.e.,, defrauded. Said the list came from Synergy, an energy company. My bet is that this is a company looking for people ready to throw good money after bad after being defrauded.
