Same old credit card scam. They just keep calling no matter what you do. I can only assume they are making tons of money from the gullible.

This is the same "Rachel" or "Carmen" robocall scam. They are using every trick in the book to get your credit card number to charge for bogus services, supposedly to "reduce your interest rates." It is 100% criminal and they won't stop calling even if you reject them repeatedly.

This company calls daily, even after request that they cease calling. We do not use credit cards and are not interested. The person rudely hangs up after request, but continues to call. We are receiving calls from 2 different numbers - 405-898-4798 and 208-293-8933, but both have same Consumer Svcs on caller ID and same recording before agent comes on line.

Sorry, I forgot to mention that you should not let these criminals get under your skin. Don't even talk to them, unless you want to burn off a little frustration and adrenaline! When I want to have a little fun, I give then the run-around just like they do. One time they called about my computer and I asked them questions asking which computer and what MACD address do you show, so I can attend to it myself. Questions I knew they could not answer and I kept them on the phone until THEY hung up!

Another lowlife scammer to add to my ever growing list of scumbags. Without buying a device to do it for me, I just do a quick answer/hang-up as soon as I see what number is calling. Works pretty good, kind of like what the devices do on one ring, and the criminals don't know it is any different than a screening device.

I've had multiple calls from this "Consumer Svcs" and every time I block one number, they call using a different number. I've reported this numerous times with no results. The times I have answered the recording is to lower my credit card interest rate. One time I called back, got a female, and told her I didn't carry a balance and she questioned that...not believing me.
These people are absolutely harassing in their calls and do not stop no matter how many times you tell them to quit calling.

We need to start a mass complaining campaign to our representaitves, until they get sick of it and do some to stop these RELENTLESS bottom feeders!!!
