I called the Attleboro Police and advised them of the situation (they are collecting private information while representing that they work for Cox communications) and they advised I must file a police report where I live. The owner of the website and the house at 39 Alex Dr. is Mandeep S. Ahluwalia.

Called and left no message. Have read elsewhere that it is Cox Communications trying to sell an upgrade. Have put the number in my phone under "Telemarketer - Ignore." As their additional services are insanely expensive, I suggest you do the same.
