Not sure why I am getting these calls. Caller sounded fishy. Asked about my credit card

Caller "gave" me all my information eg: Names, Surname, ID Number, Address, Company name and then "requested my banking details" which I refused to give. I tried to phone back the number and it does not exist.

My father got a rude message on his voicemail from a lady saying for him to call them back at this number and then said "See you at the courthouse" before she hung up. SCAM! DON'T CALL!
