SCAM. MALE RECORDING STATED I WAS GETTING 24 HR NOTIFICATION BEFORE FORMAL PROCEEDINGS STARTED AGAINST ME. A SUMMONS WILL BE FILED IN MY NAME WITH MY SOCIAL SECURITY #. I WAS TOLD TO CONTACT THIS # AT D & M ASSOCIATES TO REVIEW MY RIGHTS & DETAILS TO AVOID INVOLUNTARY PROCEEDINGS.

we received the very same call from a Russle at D.M. ASSOCIATES about proceedings starting within 72 hours if I didn't respond. We called back and said "anything that has to do with my ss# would go through the Dept of Social Security and the person on the other end immediately hung up without a single word. as suspected SCAM! Reverse phone lookup says no number found.
