I had a very negative experience with this company.Around two
months ago I purchased a electric scooter from them,I payed with a
credit card and also purchased the extended warranty.What happens next
is unbelievable,the following day I get a call from my credit card
company asking me about some unauthorized purchases,I told the CC
company I was currently at work and not out shopping,it turns out,the
sales person that I dealt with that day,he double swiped my credit
card.
I was informed by my CC company,the person tried to make a large
purchase on some goods that seemed odd,so it set off a red flag to the
CC company.It was determined that it was Valley Motorsports Saga Canada that
double swiped my credit card(there is video footage of the person I
dealt with caught on camera in the store trying to make the
purchase),due to the fact I did not use my credit card after my
purchase with them,so it could not have been any other establishment
that did this.It was Dan Laybourn him self the ass hole.
They are currently being investigated by my CC company for fraud and I
have also filed a complaint on them to the BBB.
I cannot stop anyone from dealing with them,but I can surely warn
others about this very shady business.
Also look at the new acid attack on woman in Newton.

Sinclair's Motorsports is the best off shore motorsports dealer and scooter shop in the lower main land. The negative comments where made by Valley Motorsports in Langley. I know this for a fact. They resort to low life tactics and lie on line. All the negative reviews where posted by them. Even worse in person Dan the owner of Valley Motorsports-Saga Canada rants and raves about the Sinclairs as he just can not compete in the market place I guess.Once I built up his trust he even showed me the postings he placed on line to hurt their sales. And he laughed and gloated about it bragging that Sinclair's will soon be shut down. And he will do what ever it takes to do so.Now I see he has even attacked this poor woman and even her family.Dan Laybourn you are one sick demented guy.What a coward you are. I visited both shops and the Owner at Sinclair's Motorsports is a true professional,honest,respectful. Even when I tried to mention Valley Motorsports she just said they sell some items the same but where really no competition for them. I now shop at Sinclairs and recommend every one shops here. I have bought many atvs and scooters and we love them. I run a major corporation and I do not tolerate the tactics used by Dan Laybourn.I recommend that every one boycotts Valley Motorsports Saga Canada and takes the time to check out Sinclair's Motorsports a true Family run company that is resectful.Way better deals then any other off shore dealer. Told me ICBC would cover the damage.Do not trust these guys.Brought the car into an other dealer and they told me the tans was over filled with a product called transmedic.What ever $3000 later I am on the road.Also found out it was a reject US car that was a right off and shipped to B.C.Every thing you was told about used car sales people is true here.These guys are the worst.Niele Harris is a con man a scammer.
