I love Indian people, their beautiful culture and all, but these guys definitely do have an Indian accent. So his solution? simple: go to a local store called "Save-a-Lot" and buy a 'PayPower' card that has 480bucks. Then call him back. I played along, I said I prefer to use certified bank check.. he says IRS does not take checks.
These guys are nuts but above all, there is a US telecom company that assigns 888 numbers. Why don't they investigate and stop this madness? Should they be legally required to enforce US lawns against these guys? And why is the IRS not using its enforcement power to stop them? Basic things.
