Called on 3-14-11 wanted me to call within 2hrs to settle a debt or they will be sending a sheriff to summons me. I called them back they wanted me to settle for a rediculous amount. since i was unable to pay then and there they said that they will be sending a summons. they also mentioned that i could have my wages garnished if i didn't pay.

Thank God I I am seeing this - 510-423-5895 got calls from this number and same thing. They said my payment plan was revoked and had to pay now. I told them hang on let me call my attorney and let me call IRS whileI have oyu on hold,. They threatened and told me warrant to come pick me up will be issued if I DONT PAY a downpayment to keep my payment plan..When I told them I was placing on hold to call IRS or ATTY they hung up
