Just had the guy call me ... this time on the 4th of July. He said he was Dexter Cruz. had an accent. The moment I said I need his credentials he freaked out and started telling me I was going to jail in 2 hours and hung up. he called from 2025068051.

OMG!!! I was scammed for $800.00 at 8:20am on March 5, 2014. OMG!!! I can usually catch scammers but some reason when Dexter Cruz called me at 8:20am, Wednesday morning, March 5, 2014 I thought he was real.. OMG!!! This was the most nerve racking thing I have ever been through. He told me that I was being arrested in 1.5 hours. He read me my rights, the criminal charges that I was being charged with, he said the police would be at my house soon. I got so upset that I followed all of his instructions. He would not let me hang the phone. He said that he had to stay on the phone with me, while I went to the bank to withdraw all my money out of my checking account, to go to the Walgreens to get a GreenDot Cash Pak card. Loaded the money on the card and gave him the number on the back of the card. All the time thinking I was paying the IRS for back taxes. This was a nightmare. Which is why I am still awake at 3:58am Thursday morning March 6, 2014. As soon as I gave him the numbers from the prepaid cards he said he would call me back to discuss my payment arrangements for the balance I owe. He knew where I lived, he knew that I had received mail from the IRS, he knew how much I had in my checking accounts, he knew everything about me, which is why I thought he was real. That SOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now I am out 800.00 - all the money I had in my checking account. I have utility bills that need to be paid. How did he get access to all of my information? This in itself should be against the law! I have been violated so badly!!! What I went thru was totally un-called for. He needs to be put under the jail! Now what????? Also, he called me back from 800-829-1040. He said he was an Investigator for the IRS.

Alex Schubert calls from 5853103285 left me voicemail claiming he is with IRS and asked me to call back. However, near the end of the voicemail, he also looking for another person When I called back at this number, it said it the desk of Dexter Cruz.

I have been receiving calls from 5853103285, claiming that he is from IRS. He has asked me to call the investigating officer Dexter Cruz at the number above. When I call back I heard people talking in Hindi in the background and they hung up. I received a call from him again and when I told him that I have checked out with IRS and there wasn't a Dexter Cruz there, he said he is going to send a Police Officer to my house. I called them back and spoke to them he claims that there are lots of people working with him. It looks like this is a large scale scam. Is there a way to report this to IRS or Police?

James Murphy is not for real i spoke with him for like 26 mins he admitted, after much cussing and then calming down, that he was in "the business." I called and harassed him all day and he also used the name Dexter or Daxter Cruz. He said he would be changing the (410) 846-0255 number in a few days and that he would block my number so that tells me he does that regularly. Also he must have access to some kind of information data base because he was able to tell me the names of people who used to have my number. Hope this helps.
