I had a call from this number at 1753hrs daylight saving time (East Coast NSW, Australia) today. He said he was calling for "LANE" but did not ID himself. Kept asking for "LANE".
Is this some sort of telemarketer or cold calling organisation. I am on the DO NOT CALL REGISTER in Australia and I recently updated and confirmed my place and my numbers

Male, hindu accent voice asked for me by name but did not ID the nature of his call or whom he represents. Since that initial call, I have blocked the incessant calls received 3x a day. My service provider forwards the calls to voice mail, yet no messages are left. Today I filed a complaint with the FTC and will update it as necessary.
