I had the same call this morning, he said his name is Michael Freeman. I know this is the scamp, how do we report this guy to the FBI?

This number called me and left a voicemail stating he was with the IRS and they were filing a lawsuit with me for back taxes owed. He stated that I MUST call him back or i would be prosecuted and good luck.
