Claimed to be from the fraud department about a bad check written to a credit card company from 20 years ago (no bad check was ever written).
Was extremely rude, very threatening, went as far as telling me that I would face imprisonment if I didn't settle the matter now!
Would not give an company name, mailing address, or state or FTC licencing number.
Will be going through the effort to fill complaints with the various government agencies that handle this kind of despicable kind of people
