called about 1:00 PM and left no message. I want off of their list because I have had these people call at 2 in the morning before.

I received a call from this number. Message came from a recorded message saying it was Dish TV and call was about satellite installations. I called number back to request that I be put in their Do Not Call list, but to my surprise, number was disconnected and no incoming calls could get through.
