877 855 1624 DNI Recovery Agency.
This company called me and left a message saying that i took out a pay-day-loan and the loan amount has now gone to collections. i have in the past taken out a loan: but when i checked, the balance was payed off! We got disconnected so i called back and i was placed on hold for several minutes while they "looked up the account. The woman on the phone wouldnt give me any information: company name i owed money too, exact balance (other then i could settle for a lump sum of over 1500), or when i took the loan out. she said that she does not handle that part of this collection. she got mad at me when i told her i would check with the company i used the loan from and told me that if im not willing to voluntarily cooperate then i should just look for a court date in the mail. She was "sending the account back to corporate" and it was "out of her hands". when i asked again for the company name she told me she cant look it up anymore she just sent it back! i cant believe this is legal. i didnt give any information to her other then my name and the number they used to call me. i cant understand how this is legal because people will pay! i guess they are just taking their chances that they wont get sued!

These people are calling me and telling me they are going to garnish 25% of my paycheck because of a payday loan from 2005-2006 and I don't have any outstanding from that time period. A bunch of BS. Bad thing is they called at work but won't call at home. They leave an 877-855-1624 number to call back on but it only rings and no one answers it. Truly a scam.
