I received a call from Doug Miller saying that there is a charge against my SSN and he was going to send the police to arrest me.
When I mentioned that call are very suspicious and looks like a scam because i didn't receive mail regarding the issue. After that he hung up and didn't call again.
Those people are probably located overseas because they have a strong accent. Doug Miller has a British accent and in the other call I received a woman had a asian accent which I could barely understand what she was saying.
So if someone calls you treating with arrest, that is a scam.

It's a fake IRS call. He claimed that I didn't pay taxes and he will have me arrested :)
