These people call claiming that there is a lawsuit against me for a payday loan I took out and that if I want to avoid further action I need to pay them. Complete and Total BS. 1st I never took a payday loan out, 2nd when I ask then to send me the info on this matter, they claim they have via email n that I should check my spam folder, when I ask them to send it to me thur the reg mail they say they did n that it came back. Also I can't barely understand the people, they sound like there in an open warehouse or garage. Total scam cuz if I was really being sued n getting arrested, they wouldn't give me a heads up that the cops were on there way to pick me up. There trying to use scare tattics n harassment to get some money, they try this same BS every couple months n I don't know how to get them to stop cuz they also call my job with this crap.
