Caller type I listed as unknown as I can only assume this is a SCUMBAG. He/She/It has called in the past and NEVER leave a message. So I would call it harrasment, a waste of my time and an obvious SCUMBAG if he/she/it calls and leaves no message. Bad enough it happens once but this has happened multiple times.

I'm not sure why they're calling but it probably has something to do with planning for transportation - public or otherwise- in our region. Maybe they want your opinion.
