Claimed that we owed Comcast money when we had only received my monthly bill the week previous and MY BILL IS NOT EVEN DUE FOR ANOTHER WEEK OR SO (on May 1st) and we always pay our bill in full!!! They have called us each day for the past week. This is outright harrassment and/or gross incompetence on the part of Comcast Cable and in addition to all the other major problems they put me through, we are getting the Attorney General's office, the Better Business Bureau, the Federal Trade Commission, and our attorney involved in this matter.
