I was getting 2 to 3 calls a day EVERY DAY. I ignored the calls for awhile but it got to the point where it was extremely irritating; the caller only left a message once. I finally returned their call and asked to be taken off their call list. The girl/woman with very broken English didn't want to do it and kept insisting it was not a telemarketing call. She finally mumbled, "ok" and hung up. Moments later I got a call from the same number with another woman insisting it was not a scam. She did finally agree to remove my number from their call list.
