Have called me NUMEROUS times, I'm in bankruptcy, they have no legal claim, they have no right to continue to call me and I've actually filed suit against them for harrassment. My attorney has also informed them that they are in violation of the law.
DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION!

Not a Scam, your daughter most likely took a loan out and never paid it back. Most likely they will take her to court.

said they were calling RE my daughter and a pending court action and wanting to contact her prior to having to go to court. Michael Haven gave a court case number and asked I have my daughter call him. I think this is a scam.
