threatened a family member saying a complaint was made gave a case number and said if he did not contact a decision would be made without his consent caller i.d. said unknown number left this message on answering machine

This 855 number called and left me a message stating that I had a complaint filed against from Wachovia bank saying that I had outstanding balance of $1829 from 2006 .... Really and they verified the last 4 of my social very creepy.
