Said I was being sued for fraudulent loan with Cash Advance.I have not take out a loan and when I asked for the information in writing they said they would see me in court.

I got so tired of this number calling, I finally answered to see what they want.

IT IS A SCAM.

They make up false debts and threaten legal action.

But wait! They are such nice people they are willing to settle for a fraction of the amount. Just hand over your credit card information now.

Apparently there are enough naive and easily frightened people out there that they get away with it and keep doing this.

When they yell, "See you in court," reply, "When I see you in court, you'll be the one going to prison for scamming people."
