He left a message saying that he needed to confirm my address to serve paper that are going to be filed with court and place of work. He also left phone number of firm he said that hired him to call to work out the debt before filing paper. He sounds very scary.

When I called the number Frank called me from it kept going into a mailbox that is full and cannot record any more messages.
I also called the number that Frank left for me to call to work out the debt and it was an automated message saying that I've reach consolidate agency. There number is 855-258-6059.
