A person named Sino was looking for a person named "Andrew Cashman". The caller knew my name and kept saying "Andrew Cashman is connected to and he's connected to you. So tell me how to find Andrew Cashman." He also was trying to get me to say how I was related to my husband as he only had the name.

Called wanted to collect what he claimed as my student loan from years ago. I told him that he should provide me with more concrete proof of his claim. He threatened to sue me and became even more arrogant with his tone. He was asking for my home address. I refused to give him any info. He got mad and hung up. Hope he never calls me again.

They called my cell phone and wanted me to give their name and number to my neighbor. He asked, "Is XXXX your address? I am looking for your neighbor ________ at XXXX and need to give her my name and number." I said I can't confirm or deny that information. I hung and then I submitted the call and information to the police. When my friend called the number back, they told them that they are the "General Revenue Corporation."
