This company has been calling us for over a year now for a person who we do not know. I have tried repeatedly to get our phone number removed, and they either say, "I will remove it" or "your phone number is not showing up on our list". These people are RUDE and will only give limited information. As of today, 12-21-2010, we are still receiving the calls for "Myra Guidry" a person we have never heard of! I would like to know HOW TO GET OFF THIS COLLECTION AGENCY'S CALL LIST! Who can I report them to????

They just called me today. I didn't answer as I do not know anyone with this area code. Decided to look the number up and came accross this site. I do remember about 5 months ago they did call me and he was very rude and threatened my credit if I did not give them my credit card number to clear this bill immediately. Not sure how they got my name & where I lived 15 years ago but they never called me back as I would not give it to them. FRAUD is right!! If it was from 15 years ago it would have been on my credit already! I have a clean record and plan on keeping it that way!
BE CAREFUL AND DON'T GIVE THEM ANY INFO!
