Seems sketchy to me.

Anyone who wants to do business with you and can't use proper punctuation (no space after : and double ! and capitalizing a verb for no reason) is suspicious.

I got a text from this number today. I tried calling the number and it did not exist.
Considering the number of comments just in the last few days, I am positive this is a scam that just started recently. In the US sites, they got similar messages about giving you a loan for a $500 fee.
