08/13/15 forgot his last name but recording said he was Greg from the magistrates office to collect a debt and if I did not call back I would be in trouble (or something to that effect) Received call from Houston TX with similar message and different number same day.

keep getting calls fromMCG Legal threatening I have 72 hours to pay a debt discharged in chapter7 BK. Stated criminal fraud for credit card. Looking at 1-3 yrs in jail and $5000 fine. Phone number 855-667-4197. Phone search nothing found. They will answer if you call it. Never asked my name or tried to verify address. Demanded$2095.00 would settle for1250. Gave 15 min to pay. Told them I would consult with an attorney they said it would cost me more to retain a criminal lawyer than what I owe. And a criminal lawyer would not be interested. It would be in my best interest to pay.

Received phone call from a greg. Asked to speak to owner of the business regarding our merchant account. When I told him that we don't use them he told me that he is incharge of all merchants rates. I told him we are not interested and hung up. He called back again and was like " If you would listen blah blah blah" I told him I didn't have to listen and hung up. He called back again and said just listen I told him no and hung up. Then I called the number wanting to talk to his supervisor and he claimed he was the boss and told me to be aware of messing with my boss bank account and to beware of the consequences. If any body knows how we can report these people please let me know. DON'T LIKE THE BS OF THESE PEOPLE AND THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED AND RETRAINED.

EDP Careers, aka Emcee Driver Personnel. Had an interview with them today and cannot wait to start work. I've been a truck driver for many years and now I have found my dedicated lane I've always wanted. I hope to attend orientation on Monday. Just waiting to be cleared. I'm guessing I have the job because they sent me an employment contract. Not only did they tell me things on the phone, but they also put it in writing. I've never had a trucking job where they actually put the job in writing. I'm super stoked!! It's a contract! So they have to do what they guaranteed and told me about. They put in in writing! Super stoked and had to share with someone out there! I highly recommend them. Spoke to a recruiter named Greg for 2 months and finally my dream lane from Dallas to OKC opened up. This is probably a place I'm going to retire! Thanks EDP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The caller said that he was from the fraud division and that our number was listed as an emergency contact for Nathan Lawson. He began to ask questions. I told him to stop asking questions until he had informed me for whom he was investigating fraud. He went back into his script and I repeated that I would not speak to him until he answered my question. He said "well, it isn't that important to me" and hung up. I called the company listed for this number and told them not to call again.

I keep getting hang ups form this #. The one time I answered a woman on the other end got all pissy after I said hello. It's like she was angry that a woman answered the phone. When I called this number back an outgoing message had a man's voice on it Greg I told them if they don't stop calling I will press harrasment charges. I guess they really don't care cuz I got another hang up from that number AGAIN just a couple of hours ago!!! I don't know who these scumbags are but I want the calls TO STOP!!!
