I just got this same call and called the IRS fraud # to report
it, these A--HOLES used the same message a few months ago from a different #. The Govt. shut it down, so for all of you who are also getting this harrassing bogus call, you can either fill out a form at https://www.treasury.gov/tigta/contact_report_scam.shtml
or call and leave a message at the IRS fraud # 800 366-4484
