#1. No company can have you arrested for an outstanding balance! Ever! Only the IRS can jail you for not paying taxes.
#2. I did use a payday loan years ago, and I think that they somehow can get our information. I mean, this is my cell number!
#3. How the heck am I to travel all the way to Texas today when I live in Maryland? Or hire a lawyer THE SAME DAY WITHOUT ANY KNOWLEDGE OF THIS?
Don't call this number back; block them. Am I to really believe that they will threaten me and then end the call with "Have a nice day!" Hope these people rot in hell.

Got a call from the same number on my mother's phone line which I NEVER give out!
They tried to tell me I had a payday loan from 2013. When I asked HER too many questions, she hung up on me. So I called right BACK and the same person answered - dead giveaway - and she couldn't tell me the same amount again and sounded a lot less forceful since she knew she was caught. What a bunch of crap!
