I got the same call with a creepy recording. It said the same thing, but it said I needed to call back before I get a visit at home or at work by an officer.

They left a really creepy voicemail that I was receiving a final notification call about a financial crime that was associated with my name. Failure to call the number back would be considered "flat refusal to cooperate" and I would be held responsible for all crimes associated with my name.

It was obviously a recording & the grammar/syntax was off.
