called at 12:23 on 10-5-2013, saying that she was calling from the IT department at HealthTech to help me with my computer problem. ( I guess that line works because if you own a computer, you know you have a problem with it!) . She confidently stated that this was not a phone solicitation, but rather a "knowledge processing" call. She asked me to go to the computer to do ...., I told her I wasn't near the computer. That's OK, I'll wait she says. No, I'm on a bicycle ride and over 45 minutes from a computer. So she says she can call me back in 45 minutes. and on and on like that. Tried to keep from laughing. Can't believe how persistent she was. Scammers can be so brazen
