FIND OUT WHO OWNS "HEY COSMO, AND WHAT THEY REALLY DO"!
Hey Cosmo is run by "Arsenal Interactive, Inc", located in Mountain View, CA
They offer free "robo calling, spam calling, prank calling, and more to anyone who joins them, for free supposedly". So, if you got a call from 401-648-0571, its out of RI, someone from that State JOINED and is pranking through this company or doing mass calling !
Here below, is what is on the internet, they keep changing IP Addresses too, go to "whois.com, and type Hey Cosmo, and you can see changes done".
As of today, this is where they are located, and who is running it. "Put your complaints in to the "Do not Call Registry, you must add your number first on the do not call list !
Companys "main name" is : http://www.arsenalinteract.com , you will see "Where this company is located, and WHO is running it", they put their own pictures up & their names ! "Look at the three "KEY PEOPLE" on that site", and file your complaint.
Someone is most likely "pranking you, but their has to be a catch, these people are making money somehow....Could be off Reverse phone charges and you do not know its happening, so watch your phone bill'!
Take this, and file the complaints people. Best place to do that, is at: https://www.donotcall.gov , get your number listed with them (if not already), then "File a complaint".
Good luck, do your homework peeps, they have themselves wide open on the internet, and this is not Ligit. (They work highly through Facebook & Twitter, and other social network sites too).

Found this number in my MISSED CALLS log. Found out 401 was from RH. I don't know ANYbody from RH. Googled the whole number and found this website. It's a bunch of ****when some cold-caller calls and YOU have to pay for THEIR call! Garbage!

3pm pacific time to my area code 530 cell on Oct 19, 2011. rang once then hung up before i answered. Called back from a secure blocked line. the message sounds intentionally garbled. Sounds like Hate Cosmo or Hey Cosmo.
The info option only said, “Hey Cosmo is all about getting something done now,” then directs you to www.HeyCosmo.com.
From what I can tell, it's a service to do live chats, anonymously send voice mails (pranks/telemarketers/group voicemails), play online poker via webcam, social networking, make dinner reservations, etc. So they do it all from fun to harassment.
