These Indian people keep calling me giving me full on American names they can hardly pronounce. They are threatening my FICO score & credit report; I have already placed an alert on all three. I have contancted the law office they tell me they're calling from & the law office says they've received numerous calls about this and have reported it. It is currently being investigated.

I just got an email that describes your situation exactly. I have never got a fast loan, yet they are claiming that I have 6 eft's and have a grand THEFT charge coming against me. How did you react and pursue and repercussions. I am on disability and can possibly let this affect my checks.
