they call my cell phone. I've personally talked to them this past December telling them they are calling a cell phone and to take me off their list. They DENIED my request!!!
Received a call today, March 3, 2014. Passed the recorded message to talk to a live person. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told he wasn't available. Then, she hung up on me! I didn't even have time to request them to take me off their calling list!!

An automated message says that I was referred by a friend, so I stayed on the line to find out who it was. The live voice that answered the phone asked if I was the homeowner and I informed her that all I wanted to know was the name of who referred me. She said that she was there to qualify me for the free system. In fact, as I repeated my request, she not only interrupted me over and over, but finally said that she'd remove me from their calling list. Eventually, she hung up. Then it started....(8) phone calls from an anonymous number. I let all calls roll to voicemail
