Called asking for money in form or debit or credit card for extended warranty on my car that has warranty through company already

These people call my business phone repeatedly, never leaving a message. I finally called them back and got a machine indicating that it is a Honda satisfaction survey. I do not own or lease a Honda and a call to Honda indicates that they know nothing about this campaign.
