(253-246-8552) repeatedly calls my cell during the day, with no message left. If I pick up, no one answers. My cell is registered with the DoNotCall Registry.
I have learned that this number is out of a call center in the Dallas area, and is VMS Alarms. Their actual phone number is 1-469-941-4122. Calling this phone number gives you a detailed, recorded message from VMS Alarms. Pressing "4" will not get you a sales rep like the recording claims (even if you let it ring for 10 minutes), but it does ring their phone off the hook for a change.

Just received a call from 308-224-2282 from a Michael Thomas. He does not state who he works for, just says he needs to verify my address to present me with a formal claim that was submitted to his office this morning. He states he needs the address to present me at either my home residence or my place of employment. He provides the 877-355-9611 number as a return call number, gives me an order number listed on assumed claim, and ends the call with, "You have officially been notified."
I live in Nebraska. I had identity theft over 5 years ago. Every account that came out of the identity theft has either been dealt with or is no longer valid. In the state of Nebraska, companies only have 4 years to file a civil suit or the account expires. Due to this information, I know for a fact that this has to be a scam call.
