I just received a call from this number from an individual that could barely speak passable English. His name was "Jack," and he wanted to tell me that I was having trouble with my PC and should download a patch. I asked him to repeat himself a couple of times (since I really could not understand him), and finally asked him "what is my IP address?" At that point, he hung up. It looks like this calling scam is active again:
