This person claimed to be an investigator for the fraud deparment and said if I did not pay an old debt I would be charged with a felony and they would issue the warrant at the end of the day if I did not make some type of arrangement by the end of business today. 3/28/13. They called my mom also and scared her to death then they even called my ex sister in law's ex-mother in law! When I started questioning who exactly they worked for, he became very short with me and would not answer my questions.
